In this time I have developed 2 studios to handle larger productions, implement pipelines and workflows that output at the highest quality. With these best practiceies the studio went from handling 3 Artist jobs to 30 Artist job, Working with Maya, 3DsMax, Vray, Arnold, Nuke Studio, Nuke, Resolve and After effects.
Not only creating wonderful jobs I have enjoyed developing Junior Artists and creating a culture inside the studio.
